I love the film for it's creative writing in fusing an African American woman into a Native Indigenous man's life. It's rare to see the Native Indigenous culture celebrated. It's even more rare to see African Americans & Native Indigenous people healing each other. At first I didn't know where this film was going? But, it's so real, for a lot of people, it hits too close to home. It's a story of escaping to somewhere different & unknown? If only everyone got along this well. it would be an even more beautiful world. NETFLIX or whomever, should have advertised / promoted this differently.
