The problem with this genre is that you get introduced to a lot of one off characters or their initial introductions that might become more. The problem is that you don't care for them and it is very hard for you to care for them due to the set-up. Such episode focused characters rarely have a hold. Us knowing Missouri from one episode doesn't make me care for her family enough. And that's the problem with this show, i just have not even been caring for the plot, its too impersonal. Also Missori's death didn't make sense if she knew especially when that leads to the monster getting to her granddaughter. As for the Jack drama it makes sense. People saying Dean is ooc, problem is the show keeps on regressing and developing him on the same points. This is exactly how he acts but its just too dumb. If he knows Jack is dangerous why would he antagonise him...
