Bill Nye the science guy was a good show. Many of us watched it in class or fell asleep to it when teachers played it in class.
The show was very informative about science stuff. It had children as hosts/scientists. It was funny. It had neato sound effects and often than not Bill Nye always finished with a music video about the subject.
I enjoyed Bill Nye but still failed science back in those days because I didn't care for it or school. If I were to take those tests today. I would ace it. Science is only fun when you discover and learn on your own vs school forcing you to learn.
Verdict: I was appalled to learn that Bill Nye is a Liberal fanatic. He went from kid friendly to liberal supporter. Ouch, my childhood!!
