Real joy and sorrow
8 October 2020
It has a sense of honesty to show the real life of normal people, and it's the reason why it touches me a lot. That's why I like the second story, An Alien from the Heaven the mostly, for it's about my hometown, and the director didn't try even a little to hide the dilemma to which we used to face: poverty caused by mountain landforms. To see the main character as a cyber celebrity tried his best to get rid of it is also a real reflection of how I see my hometown developing year by year. It's not only about a country, but also about the people.

In other stories, I can also find the spot in my real life, from people around me.

So in my opinion, the biggest point of success compared with its predecessor " My people, my country" is the emphasis and respect to normal people and developing regions-and also the form of comedy. Interesting performance and contagious laughing are absolutely the opposite sides against boring propaganda and pale yelling. All in all, this is the best comedy I've ever seen these years. Sometimes I laugh, but sometimes I wipe, for I see the real joy and sorrow as a normal Chinese.
