Grand Theft Auto: Vice City (2002 Video Game)
10/10
An Honest Review

It looked better than San Andreas.... and that is really because of the 80s Miami Vice feel to it. The colors popped more, the setting had a beauty to it....

... a beauty that you could taint by taking a golf cart into a mall and killing everyone in sight all with a score straight out of the 80s and a talk radio station that was just hysterical.

And... motorcycles, the introduction of motorcycles into the GTA franchise, let's not forget that. Sure, you can't pick up a prostitute on one and the accidents are far more lethal, but motorcycles opened up a whole new level of fun as you tooled around trying to pop 99 red balloons, delivering pizzas, and causing complete and utter chaos.

18 years later, Vice City and the 80s is something the GTA franchise needs to revisit, not for the sake of nostalgia, but for the simple fact that it was cool, it was colorful, it was the GTA game that still stands out above the rest.
