Warning: Spoilers
. . . when nothing could be further from the Truth. It's said that The Almighty works in mysterious ways, and TWO O'CLOCK COURAGE bears this out. Protagonist Ted is suffering from hopeless amnesia due to blunt object head trauma, but hours later a bullet grazing his temple near the finale of this upbeat tale fully restores Ted to his senses. (This, of course, will remind many of Today's viewers of the Real Life incident which saw a timely perforation clearing the U.S. Jelly Bean President's mind of Alzheimer's so that he could preside for another seven years.) Teddy Roosevelt was an even earlier Commander-in-Chief who achieved greatness AFTER being shot, just like his namesake in this movie. It just goes to show you that BULLETS OR BALLOTS go hand-in-hand. Since THE DEERHUNTER popularized Russian Roulette as America's favorite firearms game, U.S. citizens have learned that leaden slugs have a mind of their own. Once you've enjoyed TWO O'CLOCK COURAGE, don't forget to support your local chapter of BANGS (Broke Americans Need Gun Stamps).
