I almost passed on this hysterical send-up of Hollywood and Political Correctness.
The story centers on an octogenarian Paul Hogan who has been trying to retire for 20 years and is offered a knighthood by the Queen Elizabeth II but he gets into misadventure after misadventure.
I have no idea why this wonderfully funny movie only received a 17% from Rotten Tomatoes, except, maybe they don't want you to enjoy yourself.
Not only is this the feel-good movie of 2020 but it is the best film of 2020. If this doesn't sweep the Oscars it is only because the Academy is filled with humorless whatever-they-ares who most likely put their pronouns in their Twitter bios.
