The concept of the movie is really good. However you can't see that much character development. Also movie unfortunately has lots of hollywood "hacking" scene. As an IT guy and Cyber Security specialist it was horrible to watch this movie. They could get some experts and get some advice about hacking methods like we see in Mr. Robot TV Show. However, either they denied consulting or they didn't have that much budget.
They could have created a really amazing super hero movie like M. Night Shyamalan's Split movie. They've ruined it.
