1st of all, since when isn't owning your own shop not in the automotive Business? The daughter doesn't even say anything, saying that Ted didn't lie about being in the auto business. Isn't owning your own shop the PINNICLE of the Automotive Business? The earning power is limitless! And, just because Ted changed a tire for a woman doesn't mean he is just a mechanic! A person can change someone's tire and not be in the auto business..PERIOD! This stupid movie shows the viewer the whole concept of the movie before the start of it! This isn't Columbo!
