This movie has the flaw of taking itself way too seriously. I'm pleased to see Tom Berenger, as always. But the tone is incredibly serious and dark, even when the story diverts from the main plot. In that sense, it reminds me of "The Warriors." If nudity and nonstop misogyny and violence offend you, this is not for you. The picture is grainy and the visual shots are shoddy at best. I didn't care for Melanie Griffith's character. Let's just say this film was less annoying than most 80's action entries.
