RAW JUSTICE opens with ex-cop, Mace (David Keith), in drag -never wear boxers under a mini-skirt!-, chasing a bail jumper.
Meanwhile, Mitch (Robert Hays) drops off his date, who proceeds to take a shower, only to wind up dead by some unknown intruder.
Oh no!
She happens to have been the Mayor's (Charles Napier) daughter! Mitch is arrested and out on bail. Guess who is assigned to follow him? Yep, Mace.
There's also the sneaky Deputy Mayor (Stacy Keach) to worry about, since the Mayor wants him to assist Mace. He's up to no good, right away.
Mace catches Mitch, after a chase sequence on stolen motorcycles! These two can now work together to find "the real killer", thereby getting involved in a conspiracy concerning "men in high places".
Enter Sarah (Pamela Anderson!!), who is "the prostitute with a heart of gold". She helps Mace escape from assassins, resulting in another chase scene, complete with slow-motion crash action! Somehow, Sarah loses her clothing in an alley. Let us all just be thankful that Ms. Anderson was born, and grew up to be in this movie!
The mystery deepens, blah-blah-blah. Sarah misplaces her clothes again. More goons with guns, and... karate!
Another opus from Director David A. Prior, this could be his most enjoyable film!
