The problem with the movies made in 1980s or 1990s is that those did not have the technical superiority or the classical tag attached to them. Final Analysis is one of such movies, which could have been easily saved by better VFX had it been made today and it would have been considered a cult movie. But sadly, it was made in an age when the visual effects did not have that much visual impacts. And Hitchcock was already gone. So it was trapped in the midway. As a movie, it was thoroughly enjoyable. You don't expect Dr. Lecter of the character of Heather. So actings were okaydokayish. Overall an enjoyable movie. Just made in the wrong decade.
