White tulip is a solid episode of fringe but for sure not a 9.3/10 material, the Time lap is not very well used, go check " monday" from the X files is you want a great story about Time lap.
The reason I only give it a 8/10 is because the show continue with that truth about Peter arc, we know the truth since the final of Season 1, its the Time to end that arc please, it was great, but talking about that for 15 episodes just NO Anyway correct episode 8/10.
