But Micki Ramirez is a delight and a strong woman who pulls her weight in the story line.
The actress, Lindsey Morgan, does the same. Emotionally in this episode she is just spot on.
Better, her biological mother turned out not to be written as a stereotype (i had vague misgivings), but rather as having a compelling and nuanced character of her own. I hope we see more of these two interacting.
As always, Micki and Cordell click. The humor, the "got your back" friendship, the chemistry is a wow.

The writers have broken free of CW's history of shortchanging the mom & dad characters. I'd watch any of these story lines and character combos all by themselves, but with Walker you get them all.
