RANA: THE LEGEND OF SHADOW LAKE concerns a giant, frog-like creature and its human-killing ways. This is explained via flashback, with endless voice-over narration.
Several encounters with the murderous mutant (aka: a man in a rubber frog-mutant suit) occur.
As a coherent movie, RANA makes little to no sense. It's mostly a series of absurd monster attacks, interrupted by excruciatingly long, dull stretches of meaningless interaction between the characters.
It's a shame that a half-way decent finale was wasted on this cinematic ultra-sludge...
