Some really strong stories. Fist of all, Jablonsky has Hill, Renko, and Goldblume going deer hunting. Goldblume doesn't show up for very good reasons. The guys are inexperienced in the woods. They start out by being picked up by some small town cops and then break into the wrong cabin. Goldblume, trying to join them, finds himself in a series of falling dominoes which ends when a holdup guy has him dig his own grave. It is so tense. The writing is first rate. We also have a female cop, played by Lindsay Krouse, coming to the hill after shooting a felon. She is deeply depressed. Buntz, who at times is so honorable, takes her aside and tells her how he sees life. All of these are first rate.
