Just Wow...After having finished the finale 2 hours ago, I'm still recovering from the straight chills I experienced the whole episode. I honestly don't think my jaw has dropped so many times within the space of an hour. From start to finish it was PERFECT, resulting in a spectacular blend of action, suspense, drama, romance and emotion. I was skeptical for a couple months before watching the show; after all, heavy sci-fi and horror especially was never my genre. But I can comfortably say that deciding to watch Stranger Things was the best choice ever, and my clear FAVOURITE among all the series I've watched. Another thing I struggle to comprehend is how all THREE seasons were mind-bogglingly brilliant and consistent. In fact, I thought the each season was bigger and better than the previous. Yes, I completely understand that numerous older viewers had a distaste for the comedic and more light hearted tone of season 3, but I ABSOLUTELY loved it. Being a teen of 16 years old, I found the whole season hilarious, yet it still matched the overarching suspense, thriller and intensity from season 1 and season 2. But Chapter 8 : The Battle of Starcourt truly blew my socks off in ways that I didn't think was possible from this show. I await season 4 (impatiently) and hope to tag along with the Stranger Things for at least a few more years. Thank god I watched this series very late, I couldn't begin to bear waiting 3 YEARS.
