I love the show but have been so disappointed in the last few seasons. Am watching re-runs of season 13 and it honestly seems like all you have to do to get through is cook an "awesome curry"...
No more worry over expanding ideas, pushing boundaries, going further, better food etc...
Delicious food is one thing but this is a huge competition and there should be more components to it.
Also am disappointed that with the number of amazing chefs around the world...they couldn't get 3 chefs in for judges who actually know and personally understand the ins and outs of the kitchen and cooking..techniques, pressure etc.. Really really disappointed and I hope they up the standard for the next season.
