I do believe all these stories/tragedies happened because of some vaccines, adverse reactions to them in these children, and in most cases unnecessary vaccinations, like HPV vaccination.

No, unvaccinated children are safe only because most children are vaccinated! If most kids were unvaccinated then it would be a totally different story.
