Ray Liotta is a former sex maniac cop being stalked by a serial killer who is offing Liotta's old sex partners. That's the summary.
Basically the movie outs every tramp like Liotta and all his friends. IT's moderately annoying in that regard. Slater enters as a definitely not by the book FBI guy. With all his one liners and provocations, I felt like it was really a waste of his talents here. He should have been the killer.
So for those aspects, I would give this one a 4/10 TOPS, but, there were a couple of twists I won't reveal, especially the end when the final confrontation occurs. I liked that part. So I'll give it 5/10. 5/10= Might be worth watching, might not be, really hard to call.
