The flaws are sticking out in dialogues and in the very beginning (when Kate gives Luke some strange and unpleasant present - a sick joke?). The dialogues (there are 2 examples at least) circle around sex topics and sound stupid. It is quite unnecessary in a serious movie - this is not a flick about teenagers. The characters are adults. Why should they behave like this and set such low standards in verbal exchange?
Everything else is perfect (drama, actors' play, suspense, shark's footage, the length of the movie, the music, the ending, etc.). Especially the ending.
