Not bad, not bad. I admit to not being exposed to Daredevil Content. All I knew about him is that he's blind, fights, have enemies like Kingpin, Bullseye, and Elektra. I have to say that flashback was traumatic when multiple cars had collided, the dad checking if his son Matt is okay, but realizes that his eyes got exposed to liquid hazardous chemicals telling him to close his eyes. I feel so bad for poor Matt. I can't even imagine what being blind in your entire life could feel like. Funny enough, this scene is darker than any Disney+ MCU "dark scenes".
About the episode, I had a major problem within this is that the pacing issue was Y I K E S. Although, I did love the action of Matt stopping sex trafficking which was pretty based if you ask me & him fighting another one in the rain that was beautifully shot well in the rain. I can't wait to know more about the characters that I like, so here is my first expression of them.
Matt Murdock seems like a decent character, and has more interesting powers than I imagined as hearing somebody's heartbeat whether they are lying or not, "detect" any movements that are involved in attacking. Foggy Nelson is also a decent character who is a detective partner of Matt helping to solve a crime about this group stalking & harrassing a woman. I did enjoy the interaction between Matt & Karen becoming good friends. I can't wait to see what's next.
