This movie was made only a few years before Errol Flynn died at 50, he was well past his best and had lost his good looks.. Peter Finch is definitely the best thing in this movie although that isn't saying much. If you're going to make a movie about one of the most famous knights in the history of England, there are lots of famous battles you could choose which would have been far better.
