A boy finds an invisible friend the adults think it's imaginary, it turned out to be more real than they thought.
I thought it was going to be moral lesson of a boy coming out of his shell or facing his nightmares at his first day of high school. In fact a creepy rat human hybrid was following him. If I watched this as a kid I would certainly get nightmares. Couldn't they make the creature a little more appealing?
