Allu Arjun has played the role of DJ in this film. Together, Murli Sharma has appeared in the role of a police officer. Also in the film, Pooja Hegde is seen in the role of Pooja who falls madly in love with DJ i.e. Jagannath Shastri.

The film depicts the story of a Brahmin boy who, with the help of a policeman, stays undercover and punishes those who commit crimes in the city. However, his father forbids him to fight and makes him wear a Rudraksha as an oath that as long as it is around his neck, he will not fight with anyone.
As long as the Rudraksh remains around his neck, he is Jagannath Shastri, but when he has to kill a criminal, he takes off the Rudraksh and becomes a DJ.
