William Powell plays a French diplomat who is suffering from amnesia. A gentleman shows up and tries to extort money saying not only does he know him from the past...but that he murdered someone while they were pulling a robbery! William Powell's wife is played by the lovely Hedy Lamar. The lovely couple play well together in this mystery...did he or didn't he.
