The film takes off when Nasa hires jim eagle, and jim gets dressed in a space suit and put in a setting where he witnesses Mr. Mime (pokemon) being born from the quarter slot of a pay phone. Mr. Mime opens a briefcase and pulls out a wishlist he starts reading. 'all i want is comfort, all i want is quietness,' Mr Mime repeats.
