I kind of loved it! It's nice to see a Hera-centric episode for once. She's an imperfect person and just a super charming pilot/friend. Would love more episodes with her front and center.
The origins of the B-wing was really cool to see as well. This show is shaping up to be a pretty solid piece of Star Wars. This season specifically feels less and less like fanfiction the more it goes on. I agree, this episode feels a lot like the original trilogy. Takes me back to the days of Luke flying his X-wing.
