I love stop-motion movies so when I found this one I was really excited. It was definitely a strange film but I don't regret watching it because of its amazing attention to detail and character design. I was obsessed with the plastic water and the spider woman. The plot seemed a little confusing at the start but gradually became clearer. It was a very slow film, but I'm not sure how it could've been done at a faster pace.
I would not watch this again due to the disturbing nature. It will probably be the cause of many nightmares. Also it had no dialogue so the atmosphere was very tense especially in the white mice scene with the clock ticking.
So overall, a beautiful movie, and exquisitely made. But at the same time extremely horrific and chaotic.
