Hollywood Stargirl is the sequel to the 2020 Disney + Original Movie starring Grace Vanderwaal,Judy Greer,Uma Thurman and Elijah Richardson. This time Susan Stargirl Caraway travels to Los Angeles alongside her mother Ana(Greer) who got a promotion as a costume designer. From there Stargirl befriends a boy named Evan(Richardson) as well as helping a singer songwriter named Roxanne(Thurman). Will Stargirl stay in Los Angeles or will she disappear like in the first film.
Overall it was better than the 2020 one and I found myself enjoying it. It was nice to see Uma Thurman in a film again as the last film I saw her in was opposite Luke Wilson in My Super Ex Girlfriend back in 2006. If you enjoyed the frist one or your a fan of Grace Vanderwaal since America's Got Talent(I believe she won that contest in the 2010s) then you'll like this film.
