Leslie arranges for there to be a picnic with all former and living parks directors. They go to a beautiful spot in the park where they have a picnic. The problem is...the parks directors all have pretty bad attitudes with each other. Leslie gets frustrated that it turned out to be like this and decides not to include them in the catalog. At a bar, April is turned away because she is 20. This makes Andy feel awkward and he tells her he should be getting home to clean.
