Not the worst I've ever seen

It's not the worst low-budget romcom ever made. I mean it is pretty bad but at least it is set in a pretty location and there is a very funny scene with the cats. Actually there are a few unintentionally funny scenes in the movies.

As the other reviewers have said the female lead is completely ridiculous. I would have dumped her a long time ago and it is hard to imagine her boyfriend sticking four years with her without spotting all the red flags along the way.

I mean she must have spent years obsessing over that trip to Verona booking all the daytrips and planning every meal! This lady has a screw loose for sure. She agreed to share the villa with a strange man instead of just looking for a refund and alternative accommodation elsewhere.

Also, how did she suddenly have a very expensive looking wardrobe at her disposal when her luggage had been donated to an orphanage?

There are loads of baffling moments and in the end, it seemed like the two characters rather deserved each other and their respective ex's had lucky escapes.

Honestly a bunch of high school kids could sit down and come up with a better plot for a romcom than this! I mean seriously it is not surprising that Netflix is on the rocks. Maybe before greenlighting these type of films they could have a focus group. Anyone who has ever watched a romcom would know this would be a dud idea.

There are better things to watch on netflix and I wish I could take back the last two hours.
