A more detailed and engaging plot and a rather epic and smash ending, especially when comparing it to the first film. Good fight scenes, better action, and the usual subtle humor (a lot more subtle compared to Marvel Avengers films, interestingly). The X-Men group together again with Magneto and Mystique helping out for the first time. Will the two ever officially be apart of them? As expected, they're not just on another rescue mission, but a mission that could potentially save their growing species as well as humanity's. I could almost add another 1/2 to this rating for the usual good sequel achievement. What happened to Magneto is certainly one question that remains.

Like any good sequel, it improves itself well and continues the story nicely
