Alternated between the funny scenes featuring Jake Abel and Ashley Reyes and the heart-squeezing scenes between Liam and Cordell. In between that, you have Stella flailing. Eye candy everywhere. It was an epic mishmash of everything.
Jake Abel was clearly enjoying himself a bit too much playing a smarmy politician. Comic relief for sure and then unexpectedly endearing. Throwbacks to supernatural with the brothers under the table and Jake and Jared's Twitter banter.
Trey Barnett was a little too kiss-assy for me in this episode. Wanting to ingratiate himself with the politicians. Ugh.
Of course, Mawline was right about everything. I agree with the advice she gave Stella. Sometimes we just need space.
