As peace sweeps across America, Major Benson Payne, Marine in the Armed Forces, is given a blue ticket...to the jobless line. Unable to handle civilian life, Payne is returned to military rule as commander of the Madison Academy of Young Reserve Officers. How is the fiercest of Marines going to manage to discipline his men when they aren't even old enough to shave? Anyway! At least until Dr. Emily Wallburn, school counselor, joins the mission.

Slight mistake, despite the cute little children, another nonsense with scatological moments, many scenes of exaggeration, some unpleasant situations, few funny moments, just to pass the boring time, while I do some processes at home just as tedious... Until the very end is cute... And it has a nice moral like every children's movie...
