I usually go to the movies to be entertained. There was nothing entertaining to be had from this movie.
The style of jewelry and hair wardrobe details were actually very appropriate and accurate to portray a certain era. The music was fairly disappointing though
The storyline had me hoping there could be something, some little morsel of hope, but I left the theater feeling horrible and sad for every character. Bad choices and a crappy life. Just utter disappointment.
There was just no way to know That I would feel cheated out of 2 hours of time.
My friend who came with me hated the movie too.
At several points I wanted to leave.
