Though this movie is not based off every factual detail, if you were able to enjoy this in the 90s and see it again today, you will be renewed of childhood hope, admiration, and joy. I remember the scene so clearly of Gilbert breaking the glass to save Uni. It was all down hill from there, literally. My eyes begin to blur with tears of joy. Seeing the team come back together as one with a goal of finishing the race. A whole lot of dramatic, and a whole lot a feel good chemicals in my brain. Would recommend every one watch this again as an adult. Great performance by the entire cast. 10 stars..
