From the first episode, you're in the deep end, as Maggie has to help a girl who has been raped. I loved Clancy, but they killed him off by having some criminals tell him to take a backpack - which ended up containing a FERTILISER BOMB - to the police station, killing him and Constable Jo Parish in the resulting explosion. It broke my heart to hear about his death, as my mum watched that episode without me, although I wouldn't have wanted to witness the death of my favourite character.
