This Episode begins with Richard, he has to decide which resident may do a surgery on his/her own. Cristina may decide who will do the surgery. Bailey assists Sloan during Kathleen's surgery. Holly is in coma, she is brain dead already. Cristina chose Alex for the solo surgery. Kathleen can talk after the surgery. Alex performs the solo surgery, it is a leg amputation. Hunt kissed Cristina. Lexie and Sloan have sex with each other. Amazing Episode of Grey's Anatomy Season 5, what a great dramatic and emotional Episode. This is what i am talking about.
