This episode was the most emotional so far. It makes you think about life and death situations, with sacrifices that we should make. It is a perfect episode to debate with other people, about decisions we should make. With circumstances like this, the final decisions are tragic in both ways. House is very good at treating others people's illnesses, but is he quote "Really worth 100 million dollars". The money could be spend on new research, job positions... and so on. And also Naomi story touched me, and made me cry. The way i completely felt her emotions, was so unusual for me. I think i can relate myself to empathic person, but the Naomi's actress played her role pretty darn great. One of the Best Episode of dr. House yet.
