Please don't make me laugh...

Netflix produces far worst movies than this. I don't get the hate some of these low budget films are getting. They usually make do with it, and don't pretend being more than direct to DVD films, that will eventually find a spot on streaming channels catalogs. I thought this one did the job done, for what you expect of an « indie » romcom, with limited theater release. The below the waist humor was so overdone at the beginning, it made me laugh uncontrollably. Because let's face it, it was stupid. But then the star couple separated based on a misunderstanding, and the movie became a true romantic comedy, where the characters developed nicely and the humor became more subtle. Any 90s kid would find in the cast, a valuable reason to watch the film, and won't be disappointed. Personally, I thought Lara Flynn Boyl's wasn't too typical of the career lady/ice queen, she portrayed and I liked how she ultimately helped make things easier for Graham's heroine. And the ending is just as you would've expected, with some minor twists and enjoyable moments. It's decent, and not as bad as reviewers make it out to be.
