A singer on the run, arrives at a mansion and despite the warnings from the cook, he chooses to stay. The mansion belongs to Kodumon Potti and the power he yields, makes the poor singer realize that his stay in that mansion is no longer his will. His attempt to run away is thwarted by the non-stop rain and soon the singer uncovers the truth behind Kodumon Potti and the costly price he has to pay, the longer he stays in that mansion. Will the singer and the cook be able to succeed in defeating Kodumon Potti and escape, forms rest of the story.

Rahul Sadasivan has a solid script and the horror stems from the power dynamics. Special mention to cinematographer Shehnad Jalal for an exceptional work. The first half alone is simply terrific, making this a must watch and Mammootty at the center simply rules the screen. The pace dips once the main reveal about Kodumon Potti happens but the performances keep elevating the scenes and an excellent final act, makes up for the predictable screenplay in second half. Bramayugam scores exceptionally as a horror film.
