This episode is one of the few which makes me question, "were the characters all wearing the literal same clothes for six months straight?" Probably not, since Sokka and Katara's grandmother packed for them in The Avatar Returns but she doesn't seem to have packed for Aang, who seems to continue wearing the same outfit he wore when he was frozen throughout the show. (I know that Futurama had a joke about how Fry wore the same clothes for 1000 years straight but it seems that Aang did something similar.) Also, Toph isn't seen packing when she runs away with Aang, which makes it seem that she spent the entire second season wearing the exact same set of clothes. Ordinarily, I wouldn't bring this up but this episode's premise draws attention to the clothes they were wearing which is why I'm pointing it out (even though it's a nitpick.)
Beyond that, it's a funny breather episode that gets more dramatic towards the end and I am here for it. Flameo, hotman.
