This is a bit of a weird one - it feels like two completely unrelated plots thrown together to make a complete episode. The nominal main plot (or at least the one that inspired the title) is nothing much - Sam and Diane try to write Sam's memoir. The catalyst is an encounter with Dick Cavett (doing a passable job of playing himself). It's barely a story but Diane's starstruck reaction to Cavett makes it work.
The other plot has Norm sparring off with a high school rival for Vera's affections. Again, this isn't enough to warrant a full episode, but there's some broad physical comedy where Norm faces off against the equally-corpulent Wally Bodell. Topping it off is Coach's bizarre attempt at an exercise routine.
