AAAHH!!! REAL MONSTERS was one of those uber quirky animated series, with a kinda dark vibe to it, but I really enjoyed its weirdness, the bizarre art style and characters. It really stood out amongst the flood of 80's and 90's animated cartoons.

Before "Monster's Inc." there was this animated weird little gem called "Aaahh!!! Real Monsters". Something about it had a very Tim Burton-esque vibe as well. A very interesting and entertaining series, a good ol Nickelodeon classic.
