The first 2 episodes were ok, but only because they didn't have a random sound effect for everytime a character does anything.
The 4 turtles themselves are a major issue because they sometimes don't act like themselves and can be extremely rude to Venus and each other that will vary for each episode so there can be an actual problem instead of doing it to fill the 20 minute run-time.
Venus has no flaws as a character... oh, and she gets constantly picked on and hit on by the other turtles. (The Turtles including Venus aren't related)
Splinter sometimes doesn't act like himself he would sometimes be rude and distant against certain conflicts where he should get involved in or argue against his sons.
The Dragonlord antagonist isn't interesting or leave an impact besides he and the Rank (his army of minions I guess) being on earth where they presumably eat people over the course of the show, but if they don't say anything about them eating people we can assume they just didn't do it in the show. (I know Dragonlord ate meat in the Gorilla episode that was a joke)
The other Villians like Bonesteel, Dr. Quease and Van-mii aren't worth talking about since they are villians that have a gimmick Bonesteel is about hunting, Dr. Queasy is about inventing machines. They can make dumb choices sometimes. I only talked about Dragonlord since he is the main antagonist and I was commenting on how effective if a villian he is.
