I thoroughly enjoyed this anime, and honestly don't understand why people are rating it poorly. To point out a few points of what other reviewers have said:
I don't think that it's all over the place - the anime takes place across 2 different worlds. Which ... is right in the title. Some other reviewers pointed out that things are way too easy for the main character. Again, it's right there in the title. The anime is called, "I Got a Cheat Skill in Another World and Became UNRIVALED in The Real One, Too". So, IF COURSE everything is going to be easy for him!! HE'S UNRIVALED. Honestly, they should've read the title before reviewing. This Isekai is different from others because it shows not only the MC's interactions in the Isekai world, but the real one as well. I actually like that it adds that complexity that isn't there in others. Yes, a there are several females (pretty much all of them, in fact) that are drawn to the MC, but I don't see a problem with that. Harem - type themes are quite common in anime. {it isn't the main focus of the show, however}. If you don't enjoy that in a show, then maybe this isn't for you. I honestly don't see a problem with it. {And yes, I'm a straight female}.
I think that it's kind of heart -warming that he starts off as someone who is bullied constantly, even by his own family, & not happy with his own body image & situation to grow into a much stronger person - inside and out. Even after he changed on the outside, he still went through an inner turmoil because of how his life had been up to that point.
I would definitely recommend this show!
