Thanks to the wonders of itvx, I have bingewatched this series before the transmission of the first episode on itv 1 tonight.
There have been a few good shows on it this year (Mr. Bates vs The Post Office, After The Flood and Breathtaking were quality) but, like Passenger which has been on a Sunday night in recent weeks, this fails to hit the mark.
The script is average and the acting not much better.
Lesley Sharp always looks as though she is reading from an autocue. Her performance seems no different to that of which she played in Before We Die.
Richard Armitage could do so much better too.
Definitely not a high flyer.
