  Curly : I told them a navigator crawls through a swamp until it becomes a suitcase, and bites like this too.

  [Gestures his hands with the snapping motion of an alligator's jaws, with growling imitation] 

  Moe : No, like this.

  [Uses horizontal motion of alligator's jaws, then slaps Curly with both hands] 

• Kelly : This is Colonel Henderson's car, and it's got a little squeak in it. It's driving the colonel nuts. I want it taken out. Savvy?

  Moe : Leave it to us. We'll squelch that squeak in nothing flat.

  Kelly : And I want it fixed by 3:00, or else.

  Curly : Or else what?

  Kelly : [wrenching his ears]  Or else this!

  Curly : [sticking his head out of the glassless windshield]  You said it.

  [Moe slaps him on the head] 

  Kelly : Did you get that squeak out?

  Moe : Boy, we got everything out.

• Larry : I'm sick of this. We came overseas to join the RAF and we're still civilians, working in a garage.

  Curly : How did we know you would have to pass an intelligence test?

• Curly : I'm hungry.

  Moe : Don't tell me you want to eat some more of those sawdust frankfurters.

  Curly : They ain't bad with mustard.

  Moe : Yeah, but that wasn't mustard.
