Carl Bruner : [Answers the phone nervously] Carl Bruner speaking.
Voice : Hi, Carl.
Carl Bruner : Mr. Balistrari.
Voice : Balistrari? Carl, it's me, John.
Carl Bruner : John. John, sorry, um, what - what - what - what's up?

Carl Bruner : [Sam regains his ability to move things and goes for Carl; he holds a gun on Molly] I'll kill her, Sam! I SWEAR TO GOD, I'LL KILL HER.

Molly Jensen : [when Sam was making a hole when Carl and Molly appear] Oh, this is great!
Sam Wheat : Wow!
Molly Jensen : Oh, that's incredible. There's got to be seven or eight feet up there.
Sam Wheat : And eighty years of dust. We could put our bedroom upstairs, and get all this space.
Molly Jensen : Oh, look at all this height.

[coughs]
Molly Jensen : Just space.
Molly Jensen : [they started smashing on the walls] One! Two! Three!
Carl Bruner : [excited] And four?
Sam Wheat : Come on.
[started banging on the wall again]
Carl Bruner : And five?
[the wall falls off and pipes swinging in]
Sam Wheat : Watch, watch!
[grabs the pipes and let go]
Carl Bruner : God, this place is huge.
[then coughs]
Molly Jensen : It's beautiful.
Carl Bruner : God!
Molly Jensen : You guys, it's absolutely incredible.
Sam Wheat : Incredible.
Sam Wheat : [continues coughing] A little paint.
Carl Bruner : Sell it tomorrow, double your money.
Molly Jensen : Carl, you're obsessed.
Carl Bruner : A little bit.
Sam Wheat : [looks at the coin inside the jar] Wow, look!
Sam Wheat : [opens up the jar and put a coin in his hand] Hey, it's an lndian Head penny. 1898.
Sam Wheat : [puts down the jar] It's a good omen.
Molly Jensen : You're the good omen.
[kisses him]
Sam Wheat : [grabs Molly and gives him a hug and kisses him in the cheek]

Carl Bruner : On the Genitals, yeah.

Willie Lopez : [he opens the door to enter Carl] Carl! What the hell are you doing here?
Carl Bruner : Who have you been talking to?
Willie Lopez : [sits down] Talking to? What the hell do you mean?
Carl Bruner : Some woman knows all about you. Everything. Where's she getting it from? Huh?
Willie Lopez : I haven't said a word to anybody.
Carl Bruner : She knows your name, goddamn it. She knows where you live.
Willie Lopez : A lot of women know where I live.
Carl Bruner : [angrily closing the door] This is not a JOKE! She knows about the murder.
Carl Bruner : Now, I want you to find this bitch, whoever she is, and I want you to...
Carl Bruner : [sighs in frustration] Just get rid of her, OK?
Carl Bruner : I've got 4 million dollars stuffed in a goddamn computer.
Carl Bruner : If I don't get those codes, if that money is not transferred soon...
Carl Bruner : [mutters in fear] I'm... dead. We're both dead.
Willie Lopez : Why did you tell them you're only launder money on the first of the month?
Carl Bruner : What the hell is wrong with you? Huh? Is everything a joke?
Carl Bruner : [looks at Willie staring] You killed a man. You were supposed to steal his wallet, was that a joke?
Willie Lopez : [he stands up and threatens him] Man! I did you a FAVOUR, man. That was a freebie.
Carl Bruner : Look, these are drug dealers, OK? Just don't blow this for me, Willie. I'd lose my job, I'd go to jail. $80,000 of that money is mine.
Carl Bruner : [stammers] Look, just... Let me have the keys to Sam's apartment. I'll get the address book myself, OK?
[he opens the drawer with drugs and tosses to Carl]
Carl Bruner : [He leaves Willie's house while Sam cries out at Carl, punching]
Sam Wheat : YOU GODDAMN BASTERD! WHY? YOU WERE MY FRIEND!
[Carl droves away, while Sam was still crying out loud]
Sam Wheat : I HAD A LIFE, GODDAMN YOU! I HAD A LIFE.
